Jonathan Gienapp

Jonathan Gienapp is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution and professor of history and law at Stanford University. He is the author of The Second Creation: Fixing the American Constitution in the Founding Era (Belknap Press at Harvard University Press,2018) and Against Constitutional Originalism: A Historical Critique (Yale University Press, 2024).
