Michael McConnell

Michael McConnell is a senior fellow (joint) at the Hoover Institution and co-leader of Hoover’s Regulation and Rule of Law Initiative. He is the Richard and Frances Mallery Professor of Law and the director of the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School. He is the author of The President Who Would Not Be King: Executive Power under the Constitution (Princeton University Press, 2020).
