Norman Naimark

Norman M. Naimark is a distinguished visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution. He is also the Robert and Florence McDonnell Professor of East European Studies, emeritus, and a senior fellow (by courtesy) of Stanford’s Freeman-Spogli Institute.
